Hi! I'm Sam Custer. I grew up in Northeast Ohio and graduated from Norton High School. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Muskingum University. I moved my family to Medina in 2012. In my free time, I'm active in my church, enjoy attending community events, volunteering & overseas mission work.

Our team goal is to help our customers manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

We are a proud member of the Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Medina, where I serve as a Board Member and Chairperson of the Economic Vitality Committee. I also serve as a Board Member on the Medina County Arts Council.

Our office sponsors the Medina sports & music programs along with many other Medina charities & organizations. We strive to be a strong and continual presence in Medina and serve the surrounding cities including Strongsville, Brunswick, Wadsworth, Seville, Litchfield, Akron/Fairlawn & Lodi. We emphasize the concept of being a "Good Neighbor" through our personal relationships and community involvement in Medina County and the surrounding counties including Summit, Ashland, Lorain, Cuyahoga, Fairfield & Wayne.
