It has been a billing nightmare with this agent/office/company from day one. Initially they saved me some money on my policies. I had Homeowners, Multiple Car, and motorcycle coverage. I can never get a straight answer when it comes to billing. Over-charging, under charging, etc. Disputing back and forth about bills they said weren't paid (on auto-pay), then getting a refund for overpayment because I paid twice on a bill that they said I hadn't paid. Doubled my insurance premiums on renewal and had no way of explaining the increase other than "we sometimes raise premiums for tickets, accidents, credit, etc".... none of those things were applicable to me. It doubled simply because they wanted more money. I canceled with them as of Feb 14th and in their style of handling things and trying to get an answer regarding the premiums paid and the refunds owed... "we'll check into it and get back to you", "we'll have to check with billing". Once again, billing issues and absolutely no real answers but the typical run-around. Maybe someone else will have better luck with State Farm, but I wouldn't go through this agent/office.

First off, I want to say Dana is amazing! We met at the Ohio State Fair previously and months later she reached out to me to get give me a quote. Her reaching out came in perfect timing since my old policy had just ended with another company. The process was so quick and easy! I will definitely recommend Dana and Sam Custer State Farm to others!

Seamless experience. Filled out a few things online, Bert called me shortly thereafter to discuss details and sent a quote immediately. When Bert originally reached out to me, I did not have a vehicle but Bert was very hopeful in pricing out no name insurance for me, which at the time, wasn't a better deal than what I already had. I assured him that by the end of the year that I would have a car. So he followed up with me in October and I told him to give me another month. I ended up getting a car early November so I texted him with the good news and he emailed me a quote and we got on a call the next day. Bert made the process easy. He even went over pros and cons of getting certain coverages which was very helpful. He was very focused on getting me to understand what I was paying for instead of signing me up for things I didn't need.
